At Dripzen, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

2. Return Timeframe

  • You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 72 hours.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchange Options

  • We offer exchanges for size or defective items, subject to availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
  • Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue for quick resolution.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on sale or during special promotions
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are [FREE / CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY], depending on the reason for return.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the shipping cost.
  • For other returns (size issues, change of mind), shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

8. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:
